Peaceful Goodnight
Verse 1:
When I believed, when I received,
Then Jesus came into my heart.
Not by the good that I have done,
But because God sent His only Son.
Verse 2:
Now I talk, and I walk in His way,
My heart thinks of Him every day.
I'll grow up loving Him always,
I'll sing with joy and give Him praise.
Verse 3:
Let’s praise Him, praise Him evermore,
In the morning light, at noon, at night.
When our trust is in Him, it’s right,
And we'll have a peaceful goodnight.

Peaceful goodnight, the stars shine above,
Wrapped in His mercy, His grace, and His love.
Safe in His care, no need for fright,
We rest in His arms through the quiet night.
